Nanette Giordano joined Houlihan & O’Malley Real Estate in 2002. She is a five-time recipient of the Silver Sales Award from the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (formerly the Westchester Putnam Association of Realtors).

Nanette is a lifelong resident of Eastchester who possesses an extensive knowledge of the town’s real estate market and school system. She travels from Lower Westchester to Somers, White Plains, and Ossining – anywhere in Westchester- to find the best home for her clients. She likes to treat every buyer and seller as if they are her only client, her sole focus, and recognizes that in the complicated business of real estate it is paramount to be patient, honest, and most of all empathetic. Nanette’s business motto is ‘a referral is the greatest compliment,’ which is perhaps why so many of her clients recommend her services to their family and friends.

Before entering real estate, Nanette spent sixteen years in the restaurant business, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Restaurant Association. She is actively involved in her community, and has been an avid fundraiser for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society for many years. She belongs to Immaculate Conception Church and volunteers for the SCPA.
