Jo Ann’s most admirable traits of directly facing challenges and resolving issues are a result of a 23-year career as the Assistant to the President of one of the largest distribution companies in NYC. Being intimately involved with vendors, fellow employees, customers, as well as state and city government offices throughout her career has sharpened her problem-solving techniques and wants to put that to work for you in finding that perfect home.

Jo Ann was born in Mt. Vernon but resided in the Country Club section of the Bronx for many years where she raised her two children, Brian and Jenna Marie.
