Pat Houlihan became a licensed real estate salesperson in August of 2004 and has since enjoyed consistent multi-million dollar years in residential sales in Westchester and Riverdale. Recently, Pat has been enjoying working with clients referred by her five grown children. Many live in New York City, so she helps them to navigate their move to the suburbs.

Pat resides in Bronxville, NY, with her husband, Jim, a partner at Houlihan-Parnes Realtors. In addition to their careers in real estate, Pat and Jim are actively involved with Fordham University, the Irish Arts Center and numerous other New York area charities. Pat’s hobbies include yoga, Pilates, power walking, and travel & entertaining.
