A Real Estate Concierge assists clients by performing various tasks such as:

Even something as simple as getting your house documents that are on file in your town building department. Before we meet our clients, we go to the building department to obtain all the paperwork on the house — checking for closed & open permits, Certificate of Occupancy (CO), etc.  We have great relationships with many of the local building departments, whereas most individuals do not even know where to go.

That is what concierge services are all about. If we can’t do it, we’ll find someone who can.
