Bronxville has a unique energy all its own. But there is no doubt that this small village and its surrounding areas have lots to offer when it comes to the Arts & Entertainment.
Here’s just a sampling of what’s happening…
Sarah Lawrence College, a private liberal arts college located in Bronxville (Yonkers), offers many great events that are open to the public. The college is known for its low student-to-faculty ratio and highly individualized courses of study. Whether it is a visual arts lecture or a basketball game, there is something for everyone. Be sure to check into their events page https://www.sarahlawrence.edu/news-events/events/
Concordia College-New York – includes an amazing art gallery and fantastic Conservatory. The OSilas Gallery integrates visual arts into the cultural and educational life on campus and community by providing quality exhibitions and programs that are diverse in style, content, and media. Keep an eye out for their student exhibits and receptions https://www.concordia-ny.edu/community/

A bit further north, we have The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College. This complex hosts four theaters and is located on the campus of SUNY Purchase. This Arts Center is considered a major professional, non-profit arts presenter in Southeast New York and Southwest Connecticut. The Center presents a broad range of performances that truly engage audiences through music, dance, theatre, family programming, comedy and film – there is truly something for everyone https://www.artscenter.org/
And another great place is the Tarrytown Music Hall. This is grand old 843-seat Music Hall that is owned by a nonprofit educational and cultural organization established in 1979 and managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. This theater is bursting with energy and traffic as many people seek out their great programming https://tarrytownmusichall.org/
Lastly and locally, the Bronxville Chamber of Commerce is another great organization that sponsors numerous happenings in the village. As we head into the holidays, there are events that are fun for everyone – ranging from the town tree lighting, to the merchant ugly sweater party or small business Saturday – they list it all https://www.bronxvillechamber.com/
