Rick Schramm, a licensed real estate salesperson, joined Houlihan & O’Malley Real Estate Services in 2005. Through working in real estate Rick has realized his enthusiasm for guiding clients through the process of buying or selling a home in Southern Westchester where he has been a lifelong resident.
After successful careers on Wall Street and in his family’s trucking business, Rick was drawn to the exciting real estate market in lower Westchester and, in particular, Bronxville, where he was born and raised. The professionalism and dedication he brings to his work were quickly recognized when in 2006 he received the Rookie Award from The Westchester County Board of Realtors.
In fulfilling his desire to serve his community, Rick is a member of the Board of Directors of the Andrus Children’s Center in Yonkers, NY. As the former President of the Board of Directors of Family and Community Services of Eastchester, NY, he oversaw the merger of these two non-profit organizations dedicated to serving families in need.
Rick resides in Bronxville Manor with his wife and three sons. In his spare time Rick enjoys golf and tennis.
