Pat Houlihan became a licensed real estate sales agent in August of 2004 and has since enjoyed consistent multi-million dollar years in residential sales in Westchester and Riverdale.

Pat dedicates herself to her clients and believes that her natural enthusiasm for real estate and knowledge of the local markets has been an invaluable asset.

Pat resides in Bronxville, NY, with her husband, Jim, a partner at Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors. In addition to their careers in real estate, Pat and Jim are actively involved in numerous New York area charities. Pat and Jim have five children who have attended the Bronxville Schools, Fordham Prep and, The Ursuline School.
