Nanette Giordano joined Houlihan & O’Malley Real Estate Services in 2002. She is a four time recipient of the Westchester County Board of Realtors’ Silver Sales Award,  amounting to over $12,000,000 in sales.

Nanette is a life long resident of Eastchester who possesses an extensive knowledge of the town’s real estate market and school system. She served the Eastchester Board of Education in many capacities over the years as an employee and remains actively involved in the schools today where her son is currently attending high school.

Before entering real estate, Nanette spent sixteen years as a manager at Daniel’s Restaurant in Crestwood. During this time she was also appointed as Executive Director of the New York State Restaurant Association of which she is currently a member of the Board of Directors.

Nanette is actively involved in her community and has been an avid fundraiser for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society for almost two decades. She belongs to Immaculate Conception Church where she has served her parish for sixteen years as a religion teacher.

Nanette has based her successful career on the ability to serve people with aplomb, whether it be a table of 10, a busy trade association, or a charity. She likes to treat every buyer and seller as if they her only client, her sole focus, and recognizes that in the complicated business of real estate it is paramount to be patient, honest, and most of all empathetic. Nanette’s business motto is ‘a referral is the greatest compliment,’ which is perhaps why so many of her clients recommend her services to their family and friends.
